At the start of each project a discussion, in person or telephonically, sets the parameters and deliverables required by the client. 

THE CLIENT LIAISON PROCESS

  1. Client approves our quote
  2. First Draft
  3. Second Draft
  4. Third and Final Draft
  5. Client approves the work
  6. Client is invoiced
  7. Client makes payment
  8. We do handover to client

WE DO THE PAPERWORK

A formal quotation is generated outlining the customers needs and costs needed to achieve the desired results.

The quote needs to be approved in writing.

Provision is made in the quote for three rounds of changes by the client.

On finalisation of the project the customer will receive a formal invoice.

The client will be required to make payment in full before handover of the project will take place.

WE CREATE

Fist DRAFT artwork is generated and send to the customer for feedback. The client receives 2 drafts and then a final draft.

When the final artwork is decided upon the output is  rendered, in the case of animation, or made print-ready for the printing process, in the case of 2D Graphic work.

The client approves the artwork in writing, and receives our invoice.

Handover of Final work takes place on receipt of payment.
